Mara Isabel is so helpful! She first spotted us helplessly waiting outside the Bolivia Consulate (within the office hour!!), brought us to her office and checked if we have all the required documents to get a Bolivia visa FOR FREE! She charged 10 sol per person to expedite the visa process - we can get it done at the consulate in about 20 minutes. But most of all, she shared recommendations on Bolivian cuisine, and she’s such a joy to be around!

Because Friday was a public holiday, I couldn't apply visa, so my travel plans changed and I needed to prepare new documents. On Monday, I went to the office and asked a lady help me to print out my documents. She was very helpful and so nice. Her fees were reasonable. I highly recommend her!
